Shipping Coverage
Seoul Picker ships to over 220 countries and territories worldwide via FedEx. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at cs@seoulpicker.com for assistance.
Shipping Carrier & Services
All orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority®, which provides time-definite, door-to-door delivery with full tracking and customs clearance support.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the product:
- Ready-to-ship items: Orders are typically processed and handed over to FedEx within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order or pre-order items: Processing times will be indicated on the product page. Please allow additional time for these items before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volumetric size of your package and your delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices on Seoul Picker include customs duties and import taxes (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery.
Note: In rare cases, local customs authorities may conduct additional inspections or apply local regulations that are beyond our control. Seoul Picker is not responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from such inspections.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at any time at FedEx Tracking or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination country's import regulations. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Food products with specific ingredient restrictions
- Items exceeding local import quantity limits
- Products restricted by local customs regulations
If your order contains items that cannot be shipped to your country, we will notify you and offer a full refund for the restricted items.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a FedEx pickup location, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at cs@seoulpicker.com. We will work with FedEx to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the outcome, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
